Track rollers—also referred to as idler rollers—are motion transmission components designed to work with all varieties of tracks. They are used in conveyor systems, cam drives, and a wide range of similar material handling systems. Regardless of the material or machine, these components play a critical role in track and rail operations. When selected, employed, and maintained properly, they facilitate system operations, allowing for greater speed and efficiency. Single row track rollers are available with spherical outer ring running surfaces or cylindrical (or flat) outer ring running surfaces. Linear Way E is a linear motion rolling guide with a compact slide unit that provides endless linear motion over a track rail. Two rows of steel balls come in contact with the raceway surface at four points, enabling stable accuracy and rigidity, even in applications where loads have variable direction and size, or complex loads are applied. This compact, highly versatile universal series is available in many shapes and sizes.

These track rollers offer the same features of a single row track roller with the added benefit of heavy radial, thrust or combined loads. Yoke-type track rollers are single or double-row units mounted on shafts or studs. Similar to the single row track roller, we can customize the running surface to meet the specific requirements of the applications. Cam rollers are similar in their construction to single and double-row support rollers, except that the raceway is formed by a heavy-section roller stud with a fixing thread. Interchange specifications are available. Since the slide unit and track rail dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. The slide unit is available in a standard type and wide type, the latter suitable for use with a single track rail. Length of Slide Unit Three stainless steel ball retaining types with the same crosssectional dimensions but different slide unit lengths are available short type, standard type and highrigidity long type. They can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel and High Carbon Steel Types Stainless steel types, with excellent corrosion resistance, are also available. They are ideal for use in cleanroom machines and equipment, such as medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices. The high carbon steel type, with a track rail that can be modified, is used for generalpurpose applications such as conveying and equipment handling.
